I was asked by Jessann Hathaway at the Blog Connoisseur to write a post about what organisations can do to help keep employees happy while they work from home. I have been thinking about this topic a lot because of my own struggles to adjust to the abrupt change of going remote full-time. While my company has been generally ok with the transition, there is more I think they could do to improve our day-to-day lives and keep morale up. I have come up with a list of straightforward, easy to implement and low-cost (basically free!) tips on what employers can do to better support their workforce.
